Susan Fajardo

Susan was born and raised in San Diego, and she was the typical beach bum you’d imagine kids growing up there would be. She went to the beach practically everyday during her high school years (and ditched school more often than she’s willing to admit). She also was quite the biker chick! She loves motorcycles and tries to ride any chance she gets. She and Juan (our office manager) were married and moved to Las Vegas in 1982. And it was here that she had the greatest meal she’s ever had… at a Vegas landmark, no less. She and Juan have been married for thirty years now and have four wonderful children and two grandchildren.

What is the best vacation you’ve ever been on? I was able to go to the island of Oahu in Hawaii. This vacation was wonderful because it combined family and fun. I was able to spend time with my husband, daughter and her husband and best of all my first grandchild, Cairo. I was also able to swim in a preserve with all the sea creatures and hang out in a waterfall.
