Megan Kiefer

I was born and raised in Las Vegas. Went to UNLV and got a bachelor’s degree in nursing. I love Thai food and could eat at the restaurant Pin Kaow everyday of my life if I had the money. My favorite place to travel is Costa Rica because it is beautiful, the local are super friendly, you can hike all day long and visit the met beautiful beaches. If I could live anywhere in the world for a month, it would either be in the Thailand/Vietnam area or New Zealand. I love to read, longboard and snowboard. My favorite things to do are to eat and try out new foods and to dive into a new book.

Favorite type of books to read are usually classics. But my favorite books are Les Miserables and the Harry Potter series (don’t judge me!). I would pick Thailand to experience a difference in culture, plus it is really really amazingly beautiful there and the food would be incredible. My favorite Thai dish from Pin Kaow is probably the panang curry. It is freaking delicious.
