Ana Montoya

Ana was born in Medellin, Colombia. Her family moved to The Biggest Little City in The World when she was 7. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno and obviously did nothing but study while she was there. Her sister is attending dental school here in Las Vegas, which is what helped her decide to attend UNLV’s Boyd School of Law.

Fun Facts About Ana

I studied abroad in San Sebastian, Spain during my junior year in college to “study Spanish” and travel all over Europe.

My parents look like Gloria and Jay from Modern Family (which is one of the greatest TV shows of all time), and they are so similar that people always mention how much they remind them of the show.

While I was working at MassMedia, a public relations firm, I pitched myself to be on Despierta America, which is basically Good Morning America for the Hispanic community.  They called me back and were interested in having me fly to Miami and interview me live on national TV.  I flew down and represented the American Pet Product Association.  It was a great experience.

I have a phobia of sinks. They really gross me out.

If you could live anywhere in the world for 1 month, where would it be and why? Palma de Mallorca, which is an island off of Spain.  My family and I visited it for a few days while my sister and I were studying in San Sebastian and I remember my mom saying that it was her version of what heaven looks like.  It was absolutely breath taking.
